I help companies understand who needs their product, find customers and build sales
My name is Olesya. I created GTM Reality Check — a system that connects market research, demand validation, customer discovery, outbound and sales.
I work with international B2B companies that:
- are launching a new product;
- don't know where to find customers;
- have no stable pipeline;
- are entering a new market;
- get poor-quality leads;
- depend too much on founder-led sales;
want to turn scattered activity into a working system.

Why I created GTM Reality Check
I kept seeing the same situation again and again.
Companies build good products. They hire marketing and sales. They buy tools. They pay agencies. They run ads and outbound.
But sales still stay random.
Marketing says it brings leads. Sales says the leads are bad. The founder keeps closing deals personally. The team keeps changing audiences, tools and messages without understanding why the previous version didn't work.
The problem is often not the amount of activity.
The company simply doesn't know which parts of its go-to-market are confirmed by real data and which exist only in the team's head.
That's how GTM Reality Check appeared.
What GTM Reality Check means to me
It's not a strategy deck and not another marketing audit. It's a way to answer, step by step:
- 01What is the company actually trying to sell?
- 02Which market has it chosen?
- 03Who truly has the problem?
- 04Why does this problem matter now?
- 05Who is ready to discuss a solution?
- 06How do we find these people?
- 07What do we say to them?
- 08How do we turn market reaction into calls?
- 09How do we move opportunities toward a deal?
- 10What is confirmed and what needs to change?
At the core of the system
How I think about GTM
Facts first, opinions later
I don't start with the question: "Who is your ideal customer?"
I start differently: "Show me the last 10 sales. Who bought, what they bought, why exactly now and what happened after the deal?"
I need to see:
- who actually buys;
- why they buy;
- what creates the buying moment;
- who gets the result;
- which deals are profitable;
- which customers should never have entered the pipeline.
Validation first, scaling later
You can't scale:
- an ICP that only exists in a deck;
- a message the market doesn't understand;
- a channel with no buyer in it;
- leads that sales can't close;
- a process that only works with the founder involved.
First we validate the hypothesis. Then we implement. Only after that do we decide whether it can be scaled.
Market answers matter more than internal beliefs
Beautiful positioning doesn't mean the market recognized its problem.
A large database doesn't mean the companies match the ICP.
A reply doesn't mean interest.
A call doesn't mean an opportunity.
A sale doesn't mean scalable economics.
Every stage requires its own evidence.
One broken transition matters more than a hundred new actions
If the database is irrelevant, don't increase the number of messages.
If people reply but don't come to calls, don't immediately change the market.
If calls happen but deals don't move, the issue may be in the offer, buying committee or closing.
My job is to find the first meaningful gap and fix it before increasing volume.
What I do together with the team
I don't work alone and I don't sell companies just my time. Depending on the project, a dedicated team is involved. The team does the daily operational work.
The team
- GTM Delivery Supervisor;
- GTM Operators;
- research;
- data and enrichment;
- messaging;
- LinkedIn outbound;
- Sales Coordinator;
- salespeople and closers.
I own
- the methodology;
- the direction;
- critical GTM decisions;
- the quality of the Hypothesis Map;
- prioritization;
- interpretation of market data;
- adjusting the system;
- final decisions after each cycle.
The tasks I work with
Entering a new market
When the product already exists, but the company doesn't understand where and how to find its first customers in a new market.
Launching a new product
When you need to validate demand, formulate the offer and start getting real conversations with buyers.
Poor leads
When the company invests in marketing, but sales receives irrelevant people who aren't ready to buy.
Unpredictable sales
When one month is good, the next is empty, and the pipeline depends on referrals and chance.
Founder-led sales
When sales stop without the founder's constant involvement.
An existing team's work
When marketing, outbound and sales do a lot but have no shared direction and don't understand what actually works.
Working formats

One specific question and one clear next step.
GTM Intensive
Methodology and support for a team ready to implement on its own.
GTM Reality Check & Launch Sprint
Research, Hypothesis Map, ICP, data, messaging and a first controlled launch.

Done For You GTM
A dedicated team from market research to outbound, sales coordination, calls and deal work.
Why I limit the number of Done For You projects
We run no more than three Done For You clients at the same time.
I don't want to turn GTM Reality Check into a conveyor of identical campaigns. The limit lets me personally take part in the critical decisions of each project.
Real work requires
- deep research;
- regular decisions;
- data quality control;
- message validation;
- reply analysis;
- call reviews;
- hypothesis changes;
- team coordination;
- senior attention.
Training GTM operators
To build a strong GTM team it's not enough to hire people who can use Sales Navigator or send messages. They must understand:
- why this market was chosen;
- how to validate the ICP;
- how to find the trigger;
- how to assess data quality;
- which hypothesis a message tests;
- what a reply means;
- where the funnel breaks;
- which decision the data allows.
That's why I created the International GTM Operator Program. The program runs entirely in English and prepares specialists to work with European and other international companies.
Student path
learning → practice → internship → paid work → international placement → post-placement support
International focus
- Europe
- United Kingdom
- USA
- Canada
- Australia
- other English-speaking and international markets
We don't work with companies focused primarily on the Russian market. The working language of international projects and training is English.
My principles
Don't sell activity instead of results
The number of contacts and messages means nothing without quality of market, data and conversations.
Don't invent evidence
If there isn't enough data, the correct verdict is Unknown, not a convenient story.
Don't scale the unconfirmed
Evidence first. Then the decision. Then scale.
Don't promise what can't be controlled
I don't guarantee specific revenue or a number of deals. I guarantee an agreed scope, quality of work, data transparency and honest decisions.
Don't take clients who aren't ready to participate
Even Done For You requires access to data, product expertise and involvement of decision-makers.
Don't build a cheap DFY
If a company has no budget for an external team, it can do the work itself. But results are impossible if there is neither budget nor an internal executor.

Personal story
This block is waiting for biographical facts: where the career began, how I came into GTM, which markets I worked with, which recurring problems I noticed, how the methodology appeared, why I started training GTM operators and why I chose the international market.
Until we have the facts, we don't invent companies, roles, dates and achievements.
